These terms and conditions govern the use of fabuleuxvous.com. By using this website, you are implying that you accept these terms and conditions. We do sometimes update this information so please refer back to them periodically.

These Terms of Trade will be interpreted in accordance with applicable government legislation, which will have exclusive legal jurisdiction over any dispute in relation to the products and/or services or these Terms of Trade.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY

Here at Fabuleux Vous we stand by our products, so if you are not 100% satisfied we can offer an exchange or refund on all products. You can exchange or return the product within 14 days of transaction with proof of purchase. Product must be returned in perfect condition with its original packaging in order for us to accept an exchange or refund.

We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error by Fabuleux Vous (i.e you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

All refunds will be credited back to the credit or debit card used to make the original transaction. Upon receipt of returned items, please allow 48hrs to process the return. Please note it may take your credit card company 4-7 days to credit your account. 

When exchanging a gift, the value of the new items exceeds that of the original gift value, you will be required to pay the difference. If the value of the new item is lower than the original gift value, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card used originally for the purchase.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE POLICY

Each piece of Fabuleux Vous fine jewellery comes with a 6-month guarantee. Please be aware under normal conditions, some pieces may have some general wear and tear, which is not covered.

GIFT CERTIFICATE TERM'S & CONDITIONS

To purchase a Gift Certificate from Fabuleux Vous Ltd, please visit our online stores Gift Certificate page.

$25, $50, $100, $150, $200 & $500 dollar certificates can be purchased. You can purchase more than one if you wish. As we trade in NZD, AUD and USD, we can provide gift certificates in these currencies.

To redeem a gift voucher in our online store, simply enter the certificate code in the Certificate/Offer code section of your shopping cart and click the Update button. Please note:

  • Gift certificates are only available for use in our online store.
  • Gift certificates must be redeemed in the currency the voucher was purchased.
  • Gift certificates expire one year from the date of purchase.
  • Gift certificates cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

If returning a product purchased with a gift certificate, a new gift certificate will be issued to the value of the returned product, and will last one year from the original date of purchase.

Discount codes do not apply to any charity collections and may exclude any special offers. This includes Always and Caroline Bay Rock N Hop collections.
