Where are you based?

Fabuleux Vous Ltd is a 100% New Zealand Women owned and operated business, with our head office in Drury, Auckland.

Where do you deliver to and how long does it take?

We currently deliver to New Zealand and beyond. We are able to ship around the globe. Delivery for New Zealand is 2-4 business days and for international shipments 5-10 business days.

What are your shipping costs?

We offer free shipping NZ wide. Our international shipping rate is $25. Depending on the order, there may be a circumstance where the shipping rate differs. You will be contacted if this situation arises.

How long is your product warranty?

Every product comes with at least a 6 month warranty, depending on your purchase. Our products are designed and created to last, however general wear and tear often cannot be avoided. As with any jewellery we recommend you do not wear it in the shower, ocean or pool, as well as avoid hairspray and perfume.

We suggest keeping your jewellery clean using our excellent range of FV Cleaning Products.

Where can I buy product from if I don’t want to shop online?

If you are within New Zealand and Australia we have a list of retailers on our Find a Retailer Page.

If you are outside of New Zealand and Australia, unfortunately we can only offer our online store at this time.

What is your return policy?

We stand by our products, so if you are not 100% satisfied we can offer an exchange or refund on all products. You can exchange or return the product within 14 days of transaction with proof of purchase. Product must be returned in perfect condition with its original packaging in order for us to accept an exchange or refund.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you received a product that is an error or faulty, Fabuleux Vous will cover the cost of return shipping. If you changed your mind on a purchase, then you will need to cover the shipping costs. 

The product I bought from you is faulty, what do I do?

If the product is faulty, or received in error, we will provide you with an exchange or return as long as it is within 14 days of transaction. Product must be returned in perfect condition with its original packaging in order for us to accept an exchange or refund. Alternatively you can contact us at customercare@fabuleuxvous.com.

What do I do if the gift voucher for my birthday is less than the product I want to buy?

On the checkout page you can enter your gift certificate number into the box and then pay the rest of the outstanding balance with an approved credit or debit card as you normally would through the checkout.

What happens if I was given your product as a present and I want to exchange it outside the 14-day exchange period?

We understand that these kind of situations arise, so we will do our best to ensure you are happy with our products. Please contact us at customercare@fabuleuxvous.com and we will be happy to help.

When you charge me on my credit or debit card, what name will appear on my statement?

What currency can I use to pay for my purchases?

Fabuleux Vous Ltd is able to accept NZD, AUD, USD and EUR. You must use the currency native to your location.
