By Fabuleux Vous Director, Helen Thompson-Carter
While it seems like only yesterday, it was almost 30 years ago that I fulfilled my passion for the corporate world. However moving on in a different career direction doesn’t mean I left behind my love and devotion for ‘Terminal Care’. My childhood dream was to be 3 things:
So, it is natural for Fabuleux Vous to have Hospice as one of our ‘Charities’ of Choice. We love and respect what they do, they are such an important part of our community. We also know and understand that for most people, we don’t want to know about Hospice until we need them.
Hospice have built teams of incredible local volunteers to support the wonderful work they do and continually build on their philosophy of ‘Care’. Hospice is not about a building you go to, it is about ‘care’ of the whole person and their families in their time of need.
We love hospice and feel privileged to support them in any way we can. Fabuleux has worked carefully to design emotionally empowering jewellery that connect people to a place, memory or person.

We have three collections that support the work of the Hospice. Always, Caroline Bay Rock & Hop, and Rebel Round Up...
Always
The Always collection is a beautiful collaboration between FV and Hospice. Every piece in the collection is crafted from sterling silver. Always was created to share stories and moments in time, to have something physical to represent these lifelong memories.
FV Jewellery will donate $20 from every bracelet, and $5 from every charm sold to the Hospice of your choice. Choose from the necklace or bracelet and tell your story with our special charms.
Caroline Bay Rock & Hop
The Caroline Bay Rock & Hop event is hosted every year by South Canterbury Hospice as one of their largest fundraisers. The vibrant vintage and retro theme is loved by many. FV has created a Caroline Bay Rock & Hop collection in partnership with the South Canterbury Hospice to celebrate the event. $20 from every bracelet and $5 from every charm sold is donated back to the South Canterbury Hospice. Each piece is made from sterling silver, and you are able to mix and match the charms to create your own look, and share your story.
Rebel Round Up
Rebel Round Up is an event held by the Franklin Hospice every year as an annual fundraiser. To support our local Hospice, FV paired with the Franklin Hospice to create a Rebel Round Up collection. Featuring charms and bracelets, all pieces are made from sterling silver. $5 from every charm sold and $20 from every bracelet sold is donated to the Franklin Hospice.
