Angela Stone

 I am a New Zealand stylist, fashion designer and author with over 25 years of experience in the fashion industry. I am dedicated to empowering women and creating positive, lasting lifestyle changes through grooming, fashion and advice.

I have a vast range of experience in the fashion industry, from modelling, designing and styling to writing a book, The Style Guide. My career has sent me all over the world, and I have been fortunate enough to meet a range of prominent figures in the fashion world, adding to my extensive knowledge and skills.My current company, Angela Stone Consulting is one of New Zealand’s most successful stylist service providers. We offer private styling sessions, personal development consultations, corporate imaging and international shopping trips, among other services. I am also director of Styleyou, New Zealand’s first Fashion Stylist Course.

 As well as managing my two businesses, I am a prominent personality at many of the country’s fashion-focused shows. I am Fashion Coordinator at Cup and Show Week in Riccarton, and am heavily involved with New Zealand Fashion Week each year. I also frequently contribute to various publications and emcee or guest speak at various events and conferences throughout New Zealand.

My favourite piece would have to be the Unique necklace from the Declaration range. I love the feminine, elegant look and the message it inspires. The simplicity of the ‘uniquely you’ engraving encourages women to be proud of who they are and embrace their unique self, which is one of my own key mottos. This is a beautiful piece which can be incorporated into just about every outfit!
